Equitable, high-quality healthcare provisioning, spanning preventive, primary, and specialized services, is vital for health-systems resilience. GLC4HSR approaches this by combining evidence review, stakeholder co-creation, and on-the-ground pilots. Through systematic policy reviews and expert consultations, we identify gaps in primary-healthcare (PHC) delivery, then partner with institutions to design, implement, and evaluate resilient care models. Digital innovations, community engagement, and cross-sectoral partnerships ensure services remain accessible and effective during both routine operations and crises.
