Dr. Shweta contributes to research initiatives within the organisation, leveraging her expertise in documentation, data analysis, and strategic guidance to enhance public health outcomes and achieve research objectives.

Dr. Shweta's professional journey is marked by her roles at both the state and national levels in Human Resources for Health (HRH), Comprehensive Primary Health Care, Maternal and Child Health, and Health Policy.
