Dr. Rohini Omkar Prasad is a public health physician and policy specialist with over 15 years of experience in health systems strengthening, digital health, and evidence-to-policy translation across Asia-Pacific. As Regional Director for Southeast Asia at ACCESS Health International, she leads multi-country research and advisory work spanning chronic disease, climate-health resilience, and sustainable financing, partnering with governments, multilaterals, and industry. Previously at HIMSS, she advised health systems across APAC on digital maturity and transformation, co-launching the HIMSS C-COMM Model at the 2023 Global Health Conference. At Economist Impact, she led high-visibility health policy projects across the region, facilitating workshops that brought policymakers, payers, and patient groups together. Rohini is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health (FRSPH) and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS). She holds an MPH from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and an MBBS from St. John's Medical College, Bangalore. Outside work, she enjoys the theatre and writing.
